Refund Policy


SCAL 3 does not support any Cricut cutting systems. The previous version is no longer available for sale by any reseller, distributor, affiliate or retailer. It is not possible to purchase SCAL 3 and then somehow receive the previous version. If you have any questions about the previous version or support for it, please see my SCAL 2 Customer Care page.

There are no longer any third-party software programs on the market that support Cricut cutting systems.

Prior to purchasing Sure Cuts A Lot software, you are able to download, install and evaluate the fully-featured program from my Help with SCAL page for 14 days. The program remains in trial mode until activated with a serial number you receive with your purchase. This means SCAL will cut lines through your designs during your evaluation period. However, every feature is fully available for you to use.

When you purchase SCAL software from ScrappingTable.com, you are immediately provided with a serial number to activate the software plus you are provided with a login & password to access copyrighted creative content.

Because of the free evaluation period, the inability to resell the license delivered to you and because of access to copyrighted creative content that can be downloaded to your computer, I am unable to offer a refund on SCAL 3 purchases.

What to expect when you complete your online purchase:

Upon completion of your online payment, you will immediately receive two emails. The first email is a receipt for your records plus information to help you with the SCAL download, installation and activation process.

The second email contains links to download SCAL for Windows or Mac and also includes your unique SCAL serial number so you can activate and fully use the software program. The second email also includes a link to download all currently available ScrappingTable.com Theme & Template Sets.

If you do not receive your second email within 45 minutes, please email me at Michelle@ScrappingTable.com and I will promptly assist you.

If your SCAL purchase includes the manufacturer's original DVD, it will be shipped to you within 24 hours if was ordered on Sunday through Thursday. Orders placed on Friday and Saturday are shipped the following Monday. If Monday is a holiday, your DVD will be shipped on Tuesday. All shipments are via U.S. Mail and postage paid. You should allow sufficient time for your DVD to arrive in the mail.

The DVD contains both Windows and Mac versions on it.
